Ljubavnice: Two Degrees
Ljubavnice art collective is focused on interdisciplinary connection between science and art.
In creating Two Degrees they reflected and opened a dialogue on energy production and understanding its importance, focused on the question of advantages and disadvantages of self-sustainable systems and studied climate changes and projections of the future of the planet's climate. In Pogon, they will present their work through a “self-sustainable“, interactive, audio-visual spatial installation that uses alternative energy sources for creating sound and light effects. The aim of the work is to popularize the use of renewable energy sources as well as to draw attention to the issue of climate change caused by human activity. As part of the exhibition, Pogon Jedinstvo will host an expert-led lecture focusing on some of the topics highlighted at the exhibition.
