Ventriloquists — On Inhuman
The project with the working title “Trbuhozborke—o neljudskom/Ventriloquists—On inhuman“ consists of: a series of presentations, guided tours, participatory events, discussions, audio and video art performances, performative performances, workshops and open workshops managed by the artists; former and present students of the Department of Animation and New Media, aimed at university and secondary students of related schools.
The 10-day programme will be implemented as a kind of laboratory-residency. The workshops will last between 2 and 6 days, and the results will be performed at the end of the programme in a public presentation that will also feature a concert, an exhibition and multimedia performances. The project explores the history of collections, representation of the species, narrative of the future of archaeology of garbage, ore exploitation, geology of media and conditions of post-human existence.
