Programme Council

The Programme Council is an expert advisory body composed of the representatives of civil society organizations, in charge of defining rules and procedures regarding the use of resources (model of work), programme orientation, and long-term programme plans. It also reviews any complaints against the programme coordinators’ decisions. The Programme Council has five members, elected from the ranks of the Alliance Operation City members for a three-year term.

 

ZVONIMIR BEŠLIĆ (Bacači sjenki)

Zvonimir Bešlić graduated in marketing from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. He began his professional career at Croatia osiguranje d.d. After many years of cooperation and volunteering with the Shadow Casters, he was employed there as a producer in 2018. He coordinates projects and collaborates with other associations and professional organizations. He was a president of the Association from 2021 to 2023. Bešlić organizes exhibitions, plays, performances, research projects, film schools, and workshops. In his free time he is a fan of concerts and ball sports.

Lovro Japundžić is a curator and producer with experience in curating exhibitions, performances, festivals, and other cultural programs. He completed a master’s degree in Art history and Sociology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and a postgraduate program CuratorLab at Konstfack University in Sweden. Since 2018, he has been a member of the curatorial collective that runs Organ Vida Festival, and since 2019 he has worked as one of the curators and program directors of Močvara Gallery. From 2021 to 2023, he served as the artistic director of Miroslav Kraljević Gallery (GMK) in Zagreb. In recent years, he has curated exhibitions in numerous Zagreb exhibition spaces such as the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Richter Collection, Nova Gallery, HDLU, Pogon Jedinstvo, and others. In addition to his curatorial work, he has also been active in creative production — collaborating with the BADco. collective (2018–2020) and working as a music program selector for Živa Muzika collective (2013–2019). He has participated in numerous international residencies and projects, most recently Brno Artists in Residence (2025) and the Young Curators Residency Programme at Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo in Madrid (2023).
