Jelena Kovačev i Jelena Petric: Hands off
In their dialogue about themselves and the world, artists strive to produce mental images and imagined scenes that transcend perception.
Carefully choosing the materials and representations with which they establish a narrative, as in scenography, they want to convey feelings of the strange, the otherworldly, the marginal with factual reality. Guided by the method of poetic images, within the ambient installation, with a humorous twist, they elevate an ordinary object to the level of emanation.
The opening of the exhibition in the Big Hall of the Pogon Jedinstvo is scheduled for November 26 at 8 pm, and the exhibition will be open every day until November 30 from 4 pm to 8 pm. Admission is free.
