Margareta Sinković: A Rain That Falls on No One
"A Rain That Falls on No One" is a dance solo that studies the human body as one of the possible bodies of water.
It resolves the question of the connection between natural water environments and human activity and reveals the many ways in which humans are connected to water bodies. The artistic research takes poetic works by various authors as a starting point, which it considers through the prism of ecopoetry. By combining elements of poetry, video, and photography, dance, and music, it aims to create a fluid and illusory performance environment, much like a body of water.
The dance solo is adapted for performances in the Pogon courtyard, on Wednesday and Thursday, September 16th and 17th at 8 pm. Entry is without reservations, with a recommended donation of 10 euros.
The event is accessible to non-Croatian speakers in the dance solo part of the performance but the sound installation contains texts in Croatian.
